Vin in Haiti (Update)

Vin Diesel visit Haití and ask for help

PORT AU PRINCE, Haiti. After the powerful earthquake that struck neighboring Haiti, where thousands of people reported killed, missing and displaced, the world has been overwhelming in support.
Actor Vin Diesel would not be left behind, he traveled to the Dominican Republic, then go to the affected nation, where in addition to inspect part of the disaster area, was searching for the whereabouts of four of his film students.
These are sponsored by the One Race Global Film Foundation, in collaboration with Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (Funglode).
Students missing are Judin Merevus, Sophonie Zidor, Forest Blandish Lord and Christ-Jean, which has not been able to have any contact.
Watson Balmyra is one of the survivors and benefited from the foundation of Diesel. He managed to save his life with his family, despite losing their home and property.
The star of “Fast and the Furious” visited some of the affected sites where he could observe the magnitude of the phenomenon.
“I come to see my people, to give my support and help with emergency aid it needs,” he said.
Before traveling to the neighboring country, was met with Dominican President Leonel Fernández, who offered all necessary assistance.
In Port-au-Prince he was received by the Dominican consul in Haiti, Carlos Castillo, who took him on a journey, where he could converse with several affected.
In addition to asking the world to help this very difficult time living Haiti, invited his colleagues from Hollywood to collaborate also with this country so needs.

Luego del poderoso sismo que afectó al vecino país de Haití, donde se han reportado miles de personas muertas, desaparecidas y desplazadas, el mundo se ha desbordado en ayuda.El actor Vin Diesel no quiso quedarse atrás, por lo que viajó a República Dominicana, para luego ir hasta la afectada nación, donde además de inspeccionar parte de la zona de desastre, fue en búsqueda del paradero de cuatro de sus estudiantes de cine.
Estos son patrocinados a través de la One Race Global Film Foundation, en colaboración con Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo (Funglode).
Los estudiantes desaparacidos son Judin Merevus, Sophonie Zidor, Foreste Christ-Lord y Blandish Jean, de los cuales no se ha podido tener ningún tipo de contacto.

En Puerto Príncipe fue recibido por el cónsul dominicano en Haití, Carlos Castillo, quien lo llevó en un recorrido, en donde pudo conversar con varios afectados.
Además de pedir al mundo ayuda para este momento tan difícil que vive Haití, invitó a sus colegas de Hollywood a colaborar también con este país que tanto lo necesita.
